HMRC have decided to change banker.

Unfortunately for them, they made the decision nearly a year ago, when most banks were considered to be fine, upstanding institutions.

Now they are now having to tell taxpayers that in future their payments will be going to RBS and Citi.

Hardly inspires confidence, does it?
