Headline of the week comes from WiltshireBusinessOnline.co.uk.
The story: 'HM Revenue & Customs has issued a reminder about this month's change to the 2008/09 basic personal income tax allowance'.
The header: 'Windfall tax for employees'.
One wouldn't want to accuse a fellow TFBW (tax/finance/business/whatever) journalist of not understanding the meaning of 'windfall tax', so one can only assume that the site's sub-editor meant to mislead and confuse readers.
(I've dropped a line to the story's author, just in case – *cough* – it's a genuine mistake.)
