My client left his job as a journalist seemingly under something of a cloud. I am not sure what went wrong but he is expecting to go court again soon and the police are involved.

He is clocking up massive legal fees and I found by chance that his former employer has a contractual commitment to settle these costs.

In addition there was an earlier court case which took place when he was still employed by his former employer and the fees for this were settled by them as well.
