Most readers will know that John Whiting is stepping down as director of the Office of Tax Simplification (OTS). Paul Morton director of tax at RELX (the holding company of the publisher of this magazine) has been announced as his successor. I caught up with him to discuss his initial thoughts on how he sees his role.
