MIKE TRUMAN introduces four articles from the speakers at the Taxation Budget Breakfast Briefing on 4 April 2006.

OUR SECOND FREE Taxation Breakfast Briefing was oversubscribed; apologies to those who applied too late to get in but it was standing room only as well over a hundred people crowded in at 8.30 in the morning to hear four short talks and be away by 10.30 a.m.
Like the previous briefing this was entirely free to attendees because of sponsorship — this time our two sponsors were Digita and Chiltern plc to whom we are very grateful. We are planning another London breakfast briefing in July and then a Finance Act one in Manchester in September so book as soon as the dates are announced to be sure of your place.
Paula Tallon from Chiltern plc spoke about a number of the key issues in the Budget such as the change to filing deadlines and the abolition of the exemption for home computers...
