Enabling letter log

As reported in Taxation ('Enabling letters', 17 August 2006, page 547) HMRC are issuing enabling or 'small business letters' to self-employed taxpayers. The letters appear to have the reference 'ENB' on them.
The text of the enabling letter that we have seen is on a separate page of the Taxation Interventions Register 'wiki' (http://editthis.info/taxation_interventions_register/). If agents have received such letters for their clients, they might like to make a note of the type of client (or clients) for whom these have been received, e.g. trade and approximate turnover, on the linked discussion page. This will enable us to build up a picture of the classes of clients to whom the letters are being sent.
