Penalty notices for delayed 2008/09 P11D(b)
HMRC have begun sending penalty notices where records show that employers have not sent their 2008/09 form P11D(b) Class 1A National Insurance return.
These returns were due by 6 July 2009 and so should be submitted as soon as possible.
