There are detailed chapters on those perennial subjects of domicile and residence giving examples and practical guidance among a plethora of other areas of interest to the private client adviser.

What I like most about the book is its readability: it guides the reader through various tax matters ranging from the most simple to some very complex areas.

This is the strength of the book as it helps advisers in a practical and straightforward manner to negotiate their way around numerous different areas starting with the basics and building up the complexities layer upon layer.
