Was anyone at Lunn & Co actually qualified?
I read with interest Mike Truman’s Agent status terminated as I am a tax specialist in the same field.
I spend a good deal of time each year trying to convince new clients that quite often previous advisers have been somewhat cavalier with expenses claims and often this proves difficult… and unpopular!
I had read the notices about Lunn's on Broadcast, an online industry paper, and there is one thing which I cannot see anywhere: was anyone at Lunn & Co actually qualified?
If not, then is this time to tighten up who may be an agent?
