Advice on the loan charge currently under review
I have a large number of clients who are affected by the loan charge which is due to come into effect on 5 April.
I have seen the reports that the government has agreed to a review of the charge and that the review will be completed by 30 March.
I am struggling to know what to say to my clients. Should they still be preparing to pay the loan charge or is this review a signal that the charge is about to be abolished. I also act for clients who intend to...
