It may have escaped the attention of many advisers but on 26 July the Department for Business Energy and Industrial Strategy issued a number of documents relating to the issue of status of workers and the national minimum wage (tinyurl.com/beisempstatjul). These documents include several matters of interest to professionals working in this area of tax.
